I am all for raising hell when the grifters calling themselves politicians and patriots etc break the law, but wonder if the judge will let it happen since Muck has to show how it was damaging to the Muck?! Or am I wrong about this?! Obviously not an attorney or an expert here and this is why I would like to know how does it work! I forgot the correct terminology for it but it seems like it is up to plaintiffs to show how it affects them I think, but I would be grateful if someone could make it clear please! I wish it works!
American Muckrakers is a rare watchdog group that's not afraid to file complaints, start lawsuits, and handle smear campaigns. To do their investigations, they need to do things like:
File legal paperwork and send FOIA requests
Travel to confirm evidence
Pay staff to handle leads and documents
Without money, these reviews stop and it gets harder to hold people responsible.
When independent investigative reporters disappear, corruption grows. The probes into Boebert, Johnson, and others are already showing weaknesses in the system. If we want transparency, accountability, and truth, we need to pay for it.
