TYLER BOEBERT IS NO LONGER OFF LIMITS👎🏼 Lauren and Jayson Boebert’s Bad Parenting Is a Public Issue Now
The Muck Stops Hereby David Wheeler | AmericanMuckrakers.com | MUCK YOU! 🎙️ Podcast
👶🔥 Enough is enough. Tyler Boebert, Rep. Lauren Boebert’s adult son, is no longer “just a kid making mistakes.” He’s 20 years old, a father, and now facing a criminal child abuse charge.
We’re not talking about a prank or a traffic violation. We’re talking about criminally negligent child abuse involving his own infant son—Lauren’s grandson.
🧾 According to Windsor Police, Tyler received a misdemeanor summons on July 11, 2025 for failing to properly supervise a child. The official charge is “child abuse-negligently, no injury/death.” That’s legalese for: he left the kid unattended.
Lauren’s response? “It was just a miscommunication.”
🎯 Miscommunication doesn’t cause a legal citation. Bad parenting does.
📉 A Pattern—Not a Fluke
This isn’t the first time Tyler has been in the news for the wrong reasons:
🚗 2022 – He crashed his father’s SUV, seriously injuring a passenger. Charges were reduced in a sweetheart plea deal.
👊 January 2024 – He accused his father (Lauren’s now ex-husband) of assault. Jayson was arrested.
💳 Later in 2024 – Tyler was arrested on over 20 charges including identity theft, fraud, and possession of explicit images. He pled guilty to attempted identity theft.
👶 Now – He’s charged with criminally negligent child abuse of his own baby.
🧩 That’s not bad luck. That’s a pattern of unchecked behavior, enabled, excused, and shielded by his mother and father
.
🎯 The Accountability Boomerang
Lauren Boebert has spent years preaching “personal responsibility” and “parental rights.” Well, here’s a dose of both:
She repeatedly defended Tyler’s actions.
She downplayed felony charges as “teenage mistakes.”
She kept blaming “the system” instead of parenting failures.
👩👦 But she’s not just a mom. She’s a public official. And in America, your personal life becomes fair game when your public platform is built on moral superiority.
❌ “Off Limits” No More
If Boebert wants to parade her family when it suits her narrative, like announcing Tyler’s child to win pro-life brownie points, she doesn’t get to slam the door shut when things go sideways.
🛑 If your son is harming others, your parenting is part of the public interest.
🗣️ Final Word from the Muckraker in Chief
We’ve held off. We didn’t jump on Tyler’s mistakes in the past because he was still a teenager. But now he’s a 20-year-old father facing charges that involve his own kid.
That makes this all of our business.
If Boebert can’t raise her own son with discipline, integrity, or compassion, what makes you think she gives a damn about your family?
