Just now, I officially referred Representative Jordan to the U.S. Department of Justice for:
Lying to Congress (18 U.S.C. § 1001)
Obstructing justice (18 U.S.C. § 1503 and § 1505)
Misusing his committee power
Ignoring victims of sexual abuse at Ohio State
…and for what I’m calling “crimes against wardrobe and public decorum.”
That last one isn’t technically in the U.S. Code yet — but it should be.
While Jordan’s busy making up crimes for other people, we’re out here documenting his: the subpoenas he ignored, the witnesses he bullied, the election he tried to overturn, and the decades-old abuse he still refuses to acknowledge.
