FLASH ALERT: Tyler Boebert on County Jail Release Log, Weeks Before Sentencing
The obvious question: why was he in custody at all?

American Muckrakers has obtained a county jail “Recent Releases” log showing Tyler Jay Boebert, 21, released from custody on August 9, 2026.
The timing matters. Tyler Boebert faces two sentencing hearings next month: Weld County on September 4 (case 2025M2424) and Garfield County on September 10 (case 2024CR57). His mother, Rep. Lauren Boebert, is expected to testify on his behalf at both.
A release log means a booking preceded it. We are pulling the intake records now to confirm when he went in, why, and on what charges.
