🚨 Breaking: Ethics Complaint Filed Against Alina Habba 🚨
Today, we filed a formal ethics complaint with the New Jersey Bar Association against Alina Habba, Donald Trump’s favorite lawyer turned unlawfully-appointed “U.S. Attorney” in New Jersey.
Federal Judge Matthew Brann has already ruled Habba was illegally serving in that role, making her prosecutions of Democratic officials like Newark Mayor Ras Baraka and Rep. LaMonica McIver not just politically motivated and possibly void.
The complaint details her misuse of prosecutorial power, partisan crusading, and false representations of her authority, all violations of the Rules of Professional Conduct. In plain English: she turned the Justice Department into her own MAGA campaign office.
We will not sit by while corrupt lawyers weaponize justice for politics. This complaint is just the first step.
